However, more than two weeks have now passed, and I have not received anything. I have also received no response and no updates regarding my case. I am very disappointed with your customer service and expect this issue to be resolved immediately. “Yeah. I had a really bad experience because I placed a large order and paid a lot of money. Then, for weeks, nobody gave me any updates. My order remained stuck in processing, and every time I emailed them, I either got no reply or an automated message saying they were investigating the issue, with no real information. Eventually, I left a one-star review. Almost immediately afterwards, they contacted me and said, "Okay, we've already shipped your order. Since we've shipped it, could you please remove or change your negative review?" I agreed because I didn't want to be unfair. I thought maybe there was a legitimate reason for the delay. The biggest problem wasn't even the delay itself, it was the complete lack of communication. I was simply worried about my money. I had paid a lot, and nobody could even tell me, "Don't worry, your order will arrive in about a month. Here's confirmation that it has been shipped, but it's running a little late." That would have been enough for me. Instead, nobody replied, or after every ten emails I would receive a generic automated response with no real reassurance. So I changed my review back to five stars, not four, not three, but five, because in the end they shipped my order, I felt reassured, and I thought they deserved a good review. FINALY I've received the order, but it's missing 300 tablets. Once again, the whole cycle has started over. I'm writing to them, and nobody is responding. After five or six messages, they finally replied saying, "We're investigating the issue. We'll resolve it, and you'll receive the missing tablets with a discount." Since then, nothing. They keep telling me that my order has been delivered, but nobody will tell me how or when I'm supposed to receive the remaining 300 tablets.”

“I was honestly disappointed. My order arrived on time (about 14 days), but the disappointment was that the product I wanted most was missing: the sublingual Modafil MD. I placed the order (a hefty €328 order) specifically for Modafil MD, though I later added MOdaXL and ArmodaXL, but I was primarily interested in the sublingual form. When the order arrived, I was surprised to find that the MOdafil MD was missing... and it was the only one missing, the one I wanted most. They replied that since it was missing (but it wasn't listed on the website), they had sent me the 300mg version as a replacement, which I wasn't interested in. Honestly, I was very disappointed and don't know if I'll buy from them again. I wouldn't want them to send me back other pills I didn't order with my next order, and not send me the ones I did!Plus, some of the pills were damaged.”
