“I did not receive the free samples as they were listed on the website. I was given a substitute as my free samples. When I contacted them to ask about this, they told me that they reserve the right to do this. I understand. I will order from this company again, but this is the only reason I did not give full five stars.”

“My shipment was divided into 2 parts. The first package arrived after 7 days - I liked that. The second package has not been delivered, I waited week for week, but the shipment did not arrive anyway. So I sent a reminder and it took less than a week that the second package arrived as well. Overall, a good experience. I will definitely buy again!”
