“Happy with delivery except for the time frame, it was nearly too late, didn't arrive by the date supplier said it would. I work FIFO mining in a remote area and timed the purchase and delivery dates to line up for when I'm in town on R&R. My post office only keeps it 5 business days & if not collected returns to sender. I only just made it on the last day.”

“Communication is great and they're friendly, but the product I was disappointed by the actual product. I am willing to try them again tho, mostly cause of their communication. I understand they have a reship/refund policy but a lot of the option on the ticket page were unclear and I couldn't make efficient use of the page for my specific issue. I still appreciate Daniel and this company and will try them again.3.5 stars”

“I had an absolutely awful experience with this company. I placed an order for 100 pills, clearly specifying the exact brands, doses, and formulations that I needed. What did I get? 100 pills, yes, but of the wrong brand, dose, and formulation. Literally, the only thing they got right was the number of pills, everything else was completely wrong. When I reached out to customer support, their response was ridiculous. They claimed they reserve the right to change products due to stock issues, but here's the kicker: they didn't just change one item, they changed **everything** in my order! And to top it off, the medications I originally ordered are still available for purchase on their website. So clearly, this wasn’t about stock, or if it was, many others can find themselves in my situation. After multiple frustrating emails back and forth, they offered me a coupon for 30 pills of my choice on my next order. A joke, considering we're in this situation because my choice clearly doesn't matter to them, despite the fact that I’m the one paying. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs. Customer service is terrible, and they clearly have no regard for fulfilling orders accurately or ensuring their customers are satisfied.”
