“I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone to ask why my new pills don’t seem to be as strong as my old ones ? I switched from modafil to mod alert The old ones were expired yet seem to work better than the new ones”

“I almost gave 2 stars. I'm a longtime customer and considering going elsewhere for modafinil now. My issue is U.S. domestic shipping is supposed to take 2-4 days and NEVER does. It takes a minimum of a week, 7 days, and usually 10 or more. Advertising "2-4 day domestic U.S. shipping" and not following through is simply lying to your customers. On the website it even says "maybe overnight" next to their deceptive shipping policy! As I write this it's day #11 on a 2-4 day shipping promise & I still haven't gotten my product. I do always get my product, though, and one time it took several weeks so they sent me an entire repeat order for free. That's why I gave 3 stars instead of 2.”
