Great customer service! I originally did not receive what I had ordered, wrong product, they made a new shipment straight away free of charge. The shipping was also very quick and communication/notification on shipping times straight forward. I've had issues shipping to Switzerland in the past with other vendors, not this one! Shipping from the UK, no issues at customs.
