Good quality wood. They are tiny chips. You’ll need to soak them before using them to smoke jerk chicken, or they’ll burn it up instantly. Still nice flavor. I know the wood only grows in Jamaica, and I’m happy to pay a premium, but it would
be more likable if they sold bigger chunks.
