ONLY consider reviews of past and existing companies. Not new customer who have yet to gain experience with the product and company. MOST customers will tell the same thing as me: You ''will'' have issues and they ''wont'' help you! I get there may be some defective products amongst the many sold. The real problem is the retailer themselves. Very nice people when they are trying to sell - once they have your money, their problem is now your problem. My shed lasted 5 years at best before water ingress really kicked off and damaged everything within. All good (and I'm not talking top-of-the-line) companies take responsibility for their products. They pride themselves on aftercare for their customers as well as new customers. New customers rely on the review and experience of past and existing companies..
