I have used BWO since it started - it was always responsive and trustworthy as well as providing all the wholefoods i need. but I always found its website clunky and poorly organised. Recently it has become worse: cluttered interface, i am unable to access a wishlist, having to trawl through unwanted products. Customer service is perfunctory. I'm giving it one more go -
