Wish I could give one star absolutely appalling business practices I accidentally bought 6 packs of firm tofu that had a short best by date. I placed an order for multiple food items on the 3rd of October. I specifically chose the economical postage option My order arrived on the 8th October and I noticed that all the packs of tofu had a best before date that was for the day before ie the 7th. When I queried this with their customer service team they stated that the items were listed on their website as short dated but I had obviously failed to notice this. Why on earth would a place an order for multiple.packs of tofu that had such a short date that mean they would arrive after the best before date had passed?? When I queried this they refused to refund me. These items are not cheap. I have essentially been ripped off and mislead by this company who has no qualms about palming their customers off with short dated food items via their website. I am left frustrated and disappointed as I have wasted over £15 on out of date tofu that can't be used.
