First time customer, and I am shocked at the customer service. I placed a large order in May for multiple items as I was starting a keto diet. Prior to the items being delivered, I had to undergo emergency surgery, and was on bed rest for eight weeks. Naturally, after the eight weeks passed and I became mobile, I began to open the stacks of mail and parcels which had accumulated in my flat. Upon opening my parcel from this company, I realised one of my items were missing. I searched through every box and I could not locate the item. I immediately email the company about the missing item. However, I received a response back basically advising too bad; its out of the 14 day window so there is nothing they can do. The item costs less than £5, and this company is willing to ruin their reputation and lose a customer over something less than £5? I am shocked!
