Ordered a full travel system and it arrived in three days!! Had originally ordered it from another competitor but after an extremely rude girl on the phone I cancelled the order and rang byggebo, girl I spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of her way to answer my questions, she is the reason I placed the order, wish I got her name!
