When I bought the rails - website said there were in stock - after the purchase i received an email that there was a delay of 4 week. It ended taking 2 months for the delivery. Customer support never contacted me to let me know my order status, they were just replying my emails when I contacted them. Took me 4-5 emails and 2 months of delay to receive my order. Super disappointed , I can understand there can be external vendor delays, but 1. Why you said you had in stock if you didn’t have it 2. If you tell me that delay was going to be 4 weeks and there are extra delays, i was expecting you to contact me letting me know.
