I was really happy with the shopping experience and the products I received, but it did take approx 10 days for them to be delivered. During this wait i im’d the store but no one acknowledged my query. The products i ordered were gifts and i met the people but had no gift to give!! When the products were delivered, the box was left outside, i was away for the weekend and requested with the courier company that they were sent to a pick up site , that didn’t happen and some of the products got very wet. They are still useable but if they had been packaged securely to begin with or sent sooner they wouldn’t have been wet.
