Truely dreadful customer service. Byggebo took my money delivered me a damaged product, it was late, and refuse to refund me even though they can't even respond in a timely manner to my request for a refund. Instead they send me infrequent emails requesting photographs and keep referring me to policies.
Stressful. Expensive. Unreliable.
Incapable of upholding their end brand promise.
I will be sharing this review on line to earn other potential victims.
