Very disappointed with the service I got. I spent so much time on searching the best chair for our baby and decided to choose Bygge Bo but unfortunately got a very unpleasant experience. My order was mixed up, no parts in stock even though it was never mentioned on the website. I was offered a different cushion then another colour of the table I had to choose, the harness was delivered a week later the chair arrived and the chair was waiting for nearly a month. I also picked up the engraving but was told it would take nearly 6 weeks for that … When I opened the box of my order the parts of it were loose in the outer box, front part of the chair has defect, a scratch. Honestly I don’t remember when I had such a bad experience with my order especially if you do something very special for your baby’s first Christmas. Had weak attempts from customer service to help.. Think twice before you choose it especially when you’re paying that price.
