Purchased a Snuz cot on 25 March last. Was damaged in transit. Replacement part delivered first week of April, some of the fittings missing. To date due to gross inefficiency on part of supplier (incorrect documenation for customs)we are still waiting for parts . Possibly we will get them in another 5 working days. In the meantime we have e no cot.
