There was a mess up with the shipment and delivery of the items we've ordered. However, bygge bo customer service was on the ball to rectify the error and track what happened to my parcels. Also, one of my orders was changed due to unavailability. I wasn't notified about the changes until I noticed it and rang customer service. I wasn't given an option to cancel that order, they just replaced it without asking me. Its only a small issue, but still.
