I ordered a sebra baby cot on 5th May which arrived on 16th May with some very damaged parts in transit. The product was packaged very poorly. They managed to send me the replacement parts on 25th June! more than 1 month after delivery. Customer service was responsive and they sent me a voucher for 50 euros however it did not really cover my frustration. Next time I would buy the bed directly frm Sebra.
