I have been with them for a year+ and believe me they are the worst insurance company I have dealt with in 12 years. When you have to buy a policy from them then it's easy but after sales service is the worst. You can't communicate with them on phone, online chat doesn't work and emails take many days to respond. Moreover, they can take decisions on your policy without any communication and leave you stranded. It's better to get insurance from bigger names. They might be a bit costly but are approachable in case you need them.
