What a shame . It all started so well for ByMiles ....you could even talk to someone on the phone . Been with them for 2 years and nothing to complain about . Now I have received an email to say they can no longer insure me . No reason . No explanation just something about 'rules' . I know they were taken over last year and looks like the greed has set in . Beware of them as they are no longer the company I started with
