My experience with C&A is very positive, again. This time I have ordered 4 items, but only 3 items arrived. The same day I have sent an email that one item is missing. In less than 24h C&A customer service sends me an email. Refund was already in the process, because it was an item on sale and it was already sold. The other day afternoon I have received a refund. Delivery was quick and I was able to track my shipment all a long.
