“C&A tights and leg warmers are definitely a disappointment. They are not tall women friendly nor suitable for anatomy. They don't fit and very fragile so that you accidentally rip off it. I wasted my money just to get a "tight" that doesn't even stretch properly and obviously made for a child. Also the leg warmer had a "standard" size but it could fit only for children.”

This brings me to my issue, the return and refund part.
In order to ship it back to them from Romania, first of all the shipping costs are high and they don't provide the enough informations in order to return the items.
I also need a telephone number and an email address.
I've requested them 3 times already through customer support the informations and they didn't give me. By email someone replyed to me but the phone number that I received is incorrect and shipping company deny to get my package.
I'm glad that I find all the reviews from here because now I see that even after 3-4 months people didn't get their money back.
So I think I will not risk it to return it and loose more money in the process.
Also I've look up on google the address they provied for return Münchner Straße 112, it's a simple street with houses. Where the return will go if I send it there??

Customers have to to it in a old fashion way at their own costs, return to the shops are not available at all. In my second purchase I ordered 5 items and wanted to return 2 of them. The return fee is 11 Eur, the costs of 2 returned items is around 13 Euros. For me it is easier

I have sent them numerous messages about the missing package but C&A ignored me completely and has done absolutely nothing to resolve this issue. Absolutely awulf company.”
