“The ordering process is easy and the shipping is prompt. However, the return in not up to the modern standards. Customers have to to it in a old fashion way at their own costs, return to the shops are not available at all. In my second purchase I ordered 5 items and wanted to return 2 of them. The return fee is 11 Eur, the costs of 2 returned items is around 13 Euros. For me it is easier
to donate not fitting/ liked items than to return them. Lesson learned - do not buy on- line if you did not try the wanted item off line.”

“C&A online store is a scam and should be avoided at all costs! Their warehouse lost my package and the company refuses to refund me back my money! I have sent them numerous messages about the missing package but C&A ignored me completely and has done absolutely nothing to resolve this issue. Absolutely awulf company.”
