“My experience with C&A is very positive, again. This time I have ordered 4 items, but only 3 items arrived. The same day I have sent an email that one item is missing. In less than 24h C&A customer service sends me an email. Refund was already in the process, because it was an item on sale and it was already sold. The other day afternoon I have received a refund. Delivery was quick and I was able to track my shipment all a long.”
“The ordering process is easy and the shipping is prompt. However, the return in not up to the modern standards. Customers have to to it in a old fashion way at their own costs, return to the shops are not available at all. In my second purchase I ordered 5 items and wanted to return 2 of them. The return fee is 11 Eur, the costs of 2 returned items is around 13 Euros. For me it is easier
to donate not fitting/ liked items than to return them. Lesson learned - do not buy on- line if you did not try the wanted item off line.”

I have sent them numerous messages about the missing package but C&A ignored me completely and has done absolutely nothing to resolve this issue. Absolutely awulf company.”
