Although staff are helpfull when you go down to order windows/doors etc.
There are a couple of things which are not very good.
On at least three occasions I have been sent the invoice by email for windows/doors but had not been informed that they were ready to collect even though Cairngorm have my mobile number and e-Mail address. Also the back yard is a bit untidy and not easy to negotiate with a van as there are hazards everywhere. But as I have said staff are helpfull and your windows/doors etc are good.
