"Having built a new house and out sourced the supply and fitting of windows they installed cairngorms, windows were changed on the drawing Apprently to do with regs which is fine but no one came with alternatives they just turned up differently, tilt and turn windows were specced on a few rooms as they are advertised on their website as ideal for harsh environment, they all leak air terribly and on thermal imaging are terrible, there sliding doors are atrocious in wind let more wind in than they keep out and has become tight to open and was told there is no adjustment on those doors which is unsure as a quick google search told me otherwise, have replaced a door handle after one year as the coating was bubbling and that was a battle after a secretary tried to tell me her opinion on what was wrong and the new handle has bubble worst than the last, a side opening window in the main bedroom has to be slammed to get it to seal if not lets a gale in, after much back and forth managed to get Cairngorm out and on the day of their visit it was a breezy day and the operations manager agreed the windows were leaking air like a sieve and no amount of adjusting would sort it but it\u2019s was a geographical problem I.e not fit for my location in the exposed highlands yet their website completely contradicts this claim saying they are built for the highlands and that tilt and turns are ideal for harsh environment, I was told they provided what was on the drawings which is true but when they aren\u2019t fit for the location then why provide them? And with statements like \u201c Tougher Windows\r\nMade a little tougher in the Highlands for the Highland weather \u201c then it\u2019s a flat out lies, thermal imaging of all the problem windows is terrible and when providing with this no real explanation or answer was given, but instead an estimator was sent out to give me a price to rip out and replace the problem windows which weren\u2019t even two years old, after paying teens of thousands of pounds on glazing and they want me to pay again? I\u2019m still assessing this situation and will be in contact with consumer rights with all emails and thermal imaging and problems with these,avoid this company for your glazing needs, I previously had ERG windows on my previous property which I sold to a family member and 10 years later still absolutely perfect and no problems, have tried to upload thermal imaging photos but says there is a problem I shall post this and try and add later."

Excellent service, from initial measure & quote to old roof being removed new lightweight installed, and completed inside to a very satisfactory high standard within the week, very competent, pleasant and very tidy workers.
