I would have given 5 stars if after fitting checks were carried out for snagging, the fitting team was great, the sales were fair, and the survey person was poor. I felt the sales and survey persons were in conflict with each other leaving us feeling like piggy in the middle. We have had 1 window in the kitchen not working and would not open fully
