Had 2 houses to be done,windows,doors,facia and soffits,started at first house eventually did windows and doors then left,winter time came and I informed them no work to be carried out until weather Inproved.
Then they started at other house which I left them to it,the 2 young installers had no respect to the property as damage was done,took photos and spoke to one of the directors and sent him the photos and to my dismay he stated how do I know that damage was there before we arrived,at the end a chap was sent to repair the damage he was there for 3 days.
As for the installation manager,if and when I got a hold of,requires to do a course in customer relations as was very rude and pathetic,when I complained about the guttering(water flow) at the second house a chap came and spent approx 2 hours at one side of garage to get water flow correct and left stating had other jobs to go to.
When I phoned and spoke to the installation manager regarding guttering he stated nothing wrong with it,when I stated why was the chap at it for 2 hours if nothing wrong he got very rude,swearing,and said that they were not coming to finish the first house they started on.
I didn't want any special treatment since I thought 2 houses was a big contract but no after job phone call or visit to ask if I was happy.
Would I recommend this company,no chance
