I reported a badly leaking lounge window by phone to Cairgorm Inverness on 07.10.23 and was told to email a given number. I did receive a no-reply email answer to the effect that they were busy and to not email them again because this would hold them up even more. The window in question is about 2-3 years from installation and has had 2 visits already to repair leaks. What a pity Cairngorm has spoiled a perfect record.
