On previous occasions, we have found Cairngorm group to be excellent, on this occasion not so.
During fitting ceiling was damaged, and fitting team reported damage, and we were told someone would be in touch to repair.
After few weeks door dropped and we had to phone to request door be refitted and ceiling be repaired. Door has been adjusted, but ceiling is still damaged and no sign of repair. Twice reported
