Had a coach trip to Blackpool, Monday to Friday on 6th May. The driver, Stephen, was so friendly, helpful and made the journey enjoyable. Everything ran smoothly, and he always had a smile on his face. I hope you let him know that he is doing a great job. It makes all the difference when the driver helps to make the trip a happy experience.
