“went on a trip to loch Lomond. Glasgow and the Ayrshire coast last week it was good the driver Paul was very nice and has been doing this rout for a while .but we went to Girvin and there wasnt anything there so i would take this oof of one of stops and go to Largs i only have one complaint the hotel was nice and clean staff were friendly but the food was atrocious so someone needs have word with Managment of the hotel”

“My son and I are making some memories, I am 78yrs and slightly disabled. So far we have been on road recent tours, firstly I'll say the coaches are great, air con superb and all perfectly planned. Our driver was Allen for both trips and he was just great such a good driver. Both trips, murder mystery and the Lion King were superb and there was a few extra tours and sight seeing included. The overnight stays were adequate and comfortable. We are booked again for Scotland, Oban and Inverairy. Caledonian has been the best of experiences. Thank you. Marion Cowper”

“I went on a trip to Oxford Converty Stratford with my sister .We had a brilliant time .Plenty of laughs with every one on board the bus.I must say we had a very experience driver called Thomas .He knew the roads like the back of his hand .Thomas made our journey very relaxed and comfortable.”

“The hotel at loch Long was a total shambles ,it needed a complete refurb .The food was very poor to say the least ,organisation in the hotel very poor.and it wont let me put photo's on !!”

“I recently returned from your peak railway & Lancashire cruise. The Britanior hotel Bolton was excellent, food good & staff friendly. The coach driver Damien was friendly & excellent company. The only fly in the ointment was the peak railway which was not a steam train & the scenery was of a railway road scrap yard & a gypsy camp site. No information about the route or train history & why we were stationary for a period of time was given. I would suggest that this was a waste of time & money & removed from the holiday.”

“Just travelled from Newcastle to Liverpool on a 5 days trip including trip to Chester and Beatles tour with Mersey Ferry trip included. We stayed at Adelphi Hotel which was very poor and disappointing. Very shabby and shocked no housekeeping throughout week would have been nice to have bins emptied and fresh towels at the very least. Food was mediocre however breakfast was good but there was no ambience at all throughout. Caledonian inclusive trips were very good however there was daily confusion on trip times and our journey home time was changed 3 times leaving us a little worried and spoiled final morning as hanging around longer than necessary due to doubtful leaving times. I would have been anxious if had been travelling alone due to times changing throughout the 5 days. I have another trip booked with Caledonian so hope this was just a blip.”

“Wow just got back from a mystery trip and everything was faultless driver looked after us very well 2 pleasant stops on route to our hotel in Stoke The Hilton which was 💯 % rooms had mini fridge and were very modern and clean.Food was amazing very good quality and cooked to perfection with a very tasty vegetarian option,staff very friendly and helpful.Back on the coach last day stopping off at Chester which I really enjoyed so Thankyou Caledonian for a perfect weekend”

“First of all the food, terrible, one evening many guests returned the steak and kidney pud, nothing seemed freshly made, just supermarket frozen stuff from starters to desserts. Our shower didn't work until the day before we left. No lifts but not even ground floor rooms accessible without going up and down stairs. A free day was allocated but as the hotel was isolated two trips were offered, we paid for one to Glasgow, subsequently cancelled, we ended up on a very long and boring tour of lochs and glens, many unhappy guests.”

“Well I would like to firstly start with a big shout out for Jamie, our driver. He drove through London, which is so stressful yet he kept calm, professional and friendly. He looked after everyone and I would go so far as to call him a friend. The hotel was amazing, very clean and I would say posh. The meals were buffet style, with so many amazing options. I really enjoyed the fact that we had our own time to do whatever we wanted and the trip to Camden. I went to Live Odyssey and let's just say, I met a famous lady, that had an even more famous brother and she encouraged me to follow my dreams. I couldn't rate the holiday better.”

“I went on the trip to Dumfries House on 17 May. The bus was on time and clean and comfortable. We had no itinerary so did not know what our stops would be or which day we would be visiting Dunfries .House. Our first stop was Girvan which was a waste of time as it was closed then on to Poratric, which was better. The Adamton hotel was clean but the evening meal was very poor. The breakfast was ok but the coffee machines had run out of milk by 7.15 so the coffee was undrinkable Dumfries house visit and the afternoonc tea was excellent. Our driver didn't give us any info except when to back on the bus at each soon. Not very friendly at all”
