First of all the food, terrible, one evening many guests returned the steak and kidney pud, nothing seemed freshly made, just supermarket frozen stuff from starters to desserts. Our shower didn't work until the day before we left. No lifts but not even ground floor rooms accessible without going up and down stairs. A free day was allocated but as the hotel was isolated two trips were offered, we paid for one to Glasgow, subsequently cancelled, we ended up on a very long and boring tour of lochs and glens, many unhappy guests.

Well I would like to firstly start with a big shout out for Jamie, our driver. He drove through London, which is so stressful yet he kept calm, professional and friendly. He looked after everyone and I would go so far as to call him a friend. The hotel was amazing, very clean and I would say posh. The meals were buffet style, with so many amazing options. I really enjoyed the fact that we had our own time to do whatever we wanted and the trip to Camden. I went to Live Odyssey and let's just say, I met a famous lady, that had an even more famous brother and she encouraged me to follow my dreams. I couldn't rate the holiday better.

I went on the trip to Dumfries House on 17 May. The bus was on time and clean and comfortable. We had no itinerary so did not know what our stops would be or which day we would be visiting Dunfries .House. Our first stop was Girvan which was a waste of time as it was closed then on to Poratric, which was better. The Adamton hotel was clean but the evening meal was very poor. The breakfast was ok but the coffee machines had run out of milk by 7.15 so the coffee was undrinkable Dumfries house visit and the afternoonc tea was excellent. Our driver didn't give us any info except when to back on the bus at each soon. Not very friendly at all

We booked a trip to Ireland 30th September 2024 to Dublin and Wicklow Mountains. This is the first time we have found somewhere to complain. Trip went nowhere near Dublin. This is the second time we have been disappointed with your trips.

Just back from a great trip to Stratrord and The Cotswolds. 2/5/2025 to 4/5/2025 thanks to Jim Hill our driver. My friend and I were collected from Darlingtonon by Jim and taken to Leamington Spa. Then onto The Royal Court Hotel Coventry in time for our evening meal which was excellent. Drinks in the bar 2 for 1. Saturday he took us on a day out to Morton on Marsh and Stow on the Wold then back in time for tea. Sunday after another great breakfast we headed to Stratford UPON Avon for a few hours before heading home. A great value for money long weekend away. Thank you Caladonian and a big thank you to Jim for being an all in all thoroughly good bloke and one of the most polite and considerate drivers you could meet

Had a fabulous 2 day trip to Liverpool /Beatles tour and MerseyFerry . Driver was brilliant. We stayed at the Adelphi Hotel which was 10/10 from arriving to leaving. Yes it was a bit old fashioned but it was clean and the food amazing.

Just back from the Ireland Grand Highlights tour and was not impressed. While Ireland is a beautiful country our driver didn't know much about where we were or what we were looking at. We were bored and sore on a very uncomfortable coach for hours at a time. There are no services to stop at and the toilet on the coach didn't flush and had an 18 inch step on entry. The Drummond Hotel at Ballykelly was brilliant. Treaceys Hotel in Wicklow wasn't that great although the food was good it took almost 2 hours for them to get the food out. Westlodge Hotel at Bantry Bay was a beautiful hotel. Our last hotel was The Pillo at Ashbourne and while it was clean and had good food, it was full of children and the noise was deafening. It's obviously a party hotel as there was fighting in the corridors at 3.30am. In my opinion this trip needs a rethink by Caledonian and perhaps a guide on the coach would be the best option.

From being picked up in carlisle and travelling to torquay, andy the driver made it a very happy experience. He was always upbeat, friendly and polite and explained everything in detail. The food at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The inclusive drinks vouchers cover most drinks, or a slight additional charge for a large wine, instead of standard charge. The inclusive trips were also very good. We didnt do the optional tour as we have friends who live in brixham, so went to see them on that day. Suggest you consider brixham as a half day trip, as its really lovely, harbour, shops, eateries etc. All in all a really lovely break away.
