“The hotel at loch Long was a total shambles ,it needed a complete refurb .The food was very poor to say the least ,organisation in the hotel very poor.and it wont let me put photo's on !!”
“We went on coronation street tour which was good.unfortunately the dinner was not edible and the driver was incompetent did not know where he was going and gave no information”

“I have just returned from the Torbay Hotel Torquay 7day holiday. I never expected a 5 star rated hotel. But a room without painted over dampness on ceiling and walls. And mould in shower room.And shower mat covered in mould, it was on the walls and no one could have missed it. Yet they still put us in room 4010. Even the carpet was covered in dirt and stains. The manager was a disgrace he didn't want to know and just passed it on to the house keeper who just came up with it was due a revamp!! Over all to many guests not enough decent room available. NEVER USE CALEDONIAN TRAVEL AGAIN. THEY OWN THE HOTEL .”
“Our driver from Glasgow to Southport on 2nd may was called Andy he was rude and grumpy . I have travelled with Caledonian many times and iwas always happy with my experience but this drip was ruined because of my driver's moody and rude way with myself and other passengers”
