Just back a couple of weeks ago from Llandudno my husband and I want to say that our driver Michelle blonde hair can’t remember her surname but she was fantastic lovely nothing was any trouble for her she went above and beyond kept us informed about everything I think everyone on the coach felt the same the hotel chatsworth was nice and clean friendly people food ok but bar prices are a bit over the top
