I have just returned from the
Caledonian New Southlands Hotel, Scarborough. A nice clean and friendly hotel. The staff were very good. I enjoyed the drinks package and the night-time entertainment. The dining room is very good, but I found the food average and not very hot.
I had a small single room which I found cold. The small bathroom had a small shower head, that lacked power, and in adequate. Two out of three days, I hand washed myself in a small vanity basin. I was in room 302.
Apart from the negatives, this is still a good package for the money, and would go again, hopefully not in room 302.
