Initially, I was not impressed... I had ordered a calendar on Dec 10 which was meant to be a Christmas gift. By Dec 20 it still hadn't arrived and when I tried contacting the courier, I couldn't get through. So I contacted Calendar Club for assistance and they said it's up to the customer to continue to follow up with the courier. When the order still hadn't arrived by Dec 23, I asked Calendar Club to cancel the order for a refund. Which, to my surprise, they promptly did! My order finally arrived on Dec 27. Although it was too late for Christmas, it's still before the new year, so I let them know that it arrived and offered to pay for it. They responded that I could keep the calendar free of charge! So, what started off as a bad experience was turned around and I would certainly be willing to shop with them again.
