I have purchased and traded clubs with Callaway Pre-Owned several times and the quality has always been great. I recently purchased a set of P790 irons and after my 3rd round I noticed the 7 iron had a crack in the face. I was prepared for a long return process and a difficult time on the phone with customer service however I was blown away by the response. Preston my customer service rep did everything right. I told him my issue and he quickly found a solution, even made sure that my replacements had the grips I originally ordered. I was blown away by the response and how quickly and easily he made the process.
