They are not shipping to Canada anymore Had some good buys and some average Last club I got was a lob wedge they said like new more like average Will only buy in Canada now

I would provide a "0" given the opportunity... The Callaway pre-owned website offered a Used Paradym AI Smoke D Men's Driver that is exactly what I was searching for. I ordered the club and waited and waited for the order to be filled and shipped. The order never moved so I reached out via email to check on my order. I was a bit shocked when the response I received was, "The Paradym AI Smoke D Men's Driver is no longer available"!! What! You knew the club wasn't available and NEVER even reached out to me to let me know!? I had to initiate the correspondence for you! And now it's a week before Christmas and I have to look for another club! Your Customer Service is TERRIBLE and I will NEVER use your site to order equipment again. Thanks for the dissapointment.

I strongly advise against purchasing from Callaway Pre-Owned Golf. This company repeatedly advertises items as in stock, accepts payment, and then takes over a week to inform customers that products are suddenly unavailable due to “warehouse misinformation.” This happened to me multiple times, across different purchases, and shows a serious lack of inventory control and internal communication. Shipping updates were consistently delayed or nonexistent. In more than one case, part of an order shipped while the rest was quietly canceled days later. Customers should not have to wait a week or more just to learn that items they already paid for never actually existed. Because of these ongoing issues, I ultimately returned all items. The returns were shipped using the company’s own UPS labels, with RMA numbers clearly marked on the outside of the boxes and included inside the packages. Despite doing everything correctly, I have now waited over 8 business days with absolutely zero updates regarding receipt of the returns or processing of refunds. To make matters worse, I used Affirm for the purchases. Due to Callaway Pre-Owned’s repeated mistakes, I was forced to open multiple financing accounts for orders that were never fully fulfilled, creating unnecessary financial exposure and administrative headaches that could have been easily avoided with competent order management. The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency to resolve their own errors is unacceptable for a company of this size. If you value transparency, timely fulfillment, and basic customer service, look elsewhere. Until these systemic issues are addressed, I cannot recommend Callaway Pre-Owned Golf to anyone.

New condition the grip is so dry I couldn't even try and make it practice one for $159 could have won new one shame on me they will never get me again they had one they called average for $45 I'm guessing that's what they sent me even though I paid twice as much

I can't say enough about Callaway and their customer service! They are the best at what they do. I purchased a couple of pre-owned sets for my husband and my self. We happened to break one club, and their customer service is un-matched! They have two customers for life.

Someday this will be a case study on how to destroy a once awesome company. Have placed more than 120 orders over the last decade but im not going to waste my time anymore. They have messed up 10 of the last 12 orders (like sent totally wrong stuff...if sent at all). Customer service - which used to be spectacular - is totally nonexistent.

THEY ARE SLOW TO REFUND MONEY ON RETURN ITEMS. GUY TOLD ME 2 TO 3 WEEKS TO PROCESS A REFUND ON AN ITEM THAT I DID NOT USE. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT IS HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN.

Worst customer service I have ever seen . On hold over 45 minutes and then disconnected. Sent an email and they say its s 3-5 day response time! Do not waste your time . Use another pre owned site where they care about their customers .

If you need to return something to Callaway Pre owned you fall into a deep hole. Over a month for a refund. Wait time on the phone is excruciating. They don’t return calls or texts. Have used them for years but would never use them again.

Purchased a set of PXG irons came in good condition and great delivery. Traded in a set of Taylormade irons but trade amount slow being credited back. Preowned has nice selection of various brands at near reasonable prices

Would give 0 stars if possible, ordered a 6 iron and a month later I have received two 7 Irons and one 5 Iron. The customer service guy blamed it all on the warehouse and offered me a discount on one club. Already cancelled my next order and want everyone to know not to waste their time on this website.

Although the club I purchased was fine. The problem I have is I traded a club in. It has now been 31 working days and my $$ for the trade has not hit my account. Customer service is non existent. Called their customer support. Futile. Impossible to get through. I have purchased several clubs from them and it seems they drag their feet on trade ins. I expect this the last time they will see business from me

Ordered a Callaway B23 5 iron from them. Received wrong club. Couldn't for the life of me get a hold of any of their customer service reps on the phone after 6 or more tries and waits of over 45 minutes. Never ever will I buy from this company again. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. In fact, Non existent is more accurate.

I ordered the Calkaway Ai smoke max driver, in like new condition, I got the club wrapped in original new wrapping, if it's used it was never hit. Thank you for your great quality and service.

Bought a set of rouge st irons pw to 5 set, they listed them as average condition and they are far worse than average condition and they sent me a regular flex 5iron instead of a stiff flex witch I did not see until I got them re gripped and the shop that did it pointed out to me. For 200 dollars more I could have got them brand new a set with a 4 iron as well. I wish I didn’t jumped the gun and get new grips on them right away or I’d ask for my money back so learn from my mistake just get them new and don’t let saving 200 dollars stop you like it did me.

Left 5-6 orders worth over $4K and had an issue with a club that had the wrong shaft. Order status was processing and I tried many avenues to have them not send it so we didn't have to deal with months long return process. After getting a call back from an incredibly rude employee, I was told he would "send and email" to those that could help as they were gone for the day (it was around 4:00pm which is pretty early, especially since they are in "busy season") He said he would get back to me in the morning.....nothing, then at 1-2pm, status showed it was shipped....so here we go....on a side note, golfdiscount.com responded to a similar issue within hours and wrong club was never shipped and they were very friendly....Ill spend my money elsewhere next time.

On hold for 1.5 hours, never picked up. Only way to facilitate a return is call in to the 888 number. Never picked up. Will need to dispute the charge due to lack of response.

Disappointed to receive the wrong club, different than what I ordered. Now my only option was to take a different loft than needed. Hopefully it works. Definitely a poor experience from a customer standpoint. Preowned website needs revamping with training from customer service to warehouse. Definitely leaving poor reviews anywhere I can be heard to hopefully get your attention and create change. This is the second time I’ve been screwed over by being sent the wrong club

Sent the wrong club -supposed to be a Christmas gift. We returned that club. Was approved for a refund but they never credited the return. Had to file a dispute with credit card company. Terrible business
