Left 5-6 orders worth over $4K and had an issue with a club that had the wrong shaft. Order status was processing and I tried many avenues to have them not send it so we didn't have to deal with months long return process. After getting a call back from an incredibly rude employee, I was told he would "send and email" to those that could help as they were gone for the day (it was around 4:00pm which is pretty early, especially since they are in "busy season") He said he would get back to me in the morning.....nothing, then at 1-2pm, status showed it was shipped....so here we go....on a side note, golfdiscount.com responded to a similar issue within hours and wrong club was never shipped and they were very friendly....Ill spend my money elsewhere next time.
