Ordered a Callaway B23 5 iron from them. Received wrong club. Couldn't for the life of me get a hold of any of their customer service reps on the phone after 6 or more tries and waits of over 45 minutes. Never ever will I buy from this company again.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. In fact, Non existent is more accurate.
