Order a set of irons, a sandwedge, putter and driver about a month ago. Everything came wrong except the driver. Okay cool, no big deal. However, I called, got a replacement scheduled to fix the issues. They never shipped, I call again and it turns out the order was lost okay great so they just completely refund the order. A week later I still did not recieve my refund. I went ahead a placed a THIRD order to get my clubs and they came wrong again. Each time I called I was on hold a minimum 45 mins, with times up to 3 hours on hold. Over a two week period I was on hold maybe 6 hours to get a refund, replacement, etc. Horrible experience. Apparently they have had a warehouse change and their inventory got messed up. Honestly, not my problem. For the trouble they gave me an extra 80 dollars to add on a replacement set even though I'd still be missing a wedge. IDK man I always hard good things about their service but this whole thing was a mess. I will never recommend them or use them ever again. Now I need to still find a set of irons from somewhere else after a month of back and forth.
