My wife and I took a group class with Karishma for our puppy, Emma. I was hesitant at first because it was over Zoom, but it soon became the highlight of our week. We met other puppy parents in the Zoom class and the best part was that we got to communicate outside of class in a group text. They call this service TIYP. I'm having a dinner party. My puppy keeps jumping on people. I open the group chat and ask "how do I make Emma stop jumping on people?" and in less than 24 hours, a trainer has answered my question. It was an incredible service. Emma graduated from the group puppy class, and we have continued our relationship with CCA through their in person Day Training program in New York City. Nicole comes to help our reactive dog, Ellie, walk better and bark less outside. Emma doesn't have many issues, so Nicole comes to teach Emma tricks. My wife and I are still close friends with the puppy parents we met in our puppy class group chat. We are very thankful for TIYP and for CCA.
