Incorrect item was delivered. 10mm instead of 9mm hose, also DOM was Mar 2019, enquiry to online chat said it would be a couple of month old. I phoned twice to explain and was fobbed off twice saying it would be collected by courier which has never happened. I was advised that 10mm would be ok it would squeeze on ok yet Flowgas website recommends not to use incorrect size gas hose. Overall a waste of time and effort, I have bought what I need elsewhere so I need a refund now, which I will try to do with my third phone call, after this I will ask my credit card provider to follow up.
