Great experience buying the barbecue. It arrived quickly, and in very good condition for such a bulky item.
But I do have an open query with Customer Service, which I submitted online, asking where I could buy the 6kg gas cyclinders, as none of my local outlets have them in stock. This query has remained unanswered for a week now. So I am disappointed that I have got no response on that
