As i was having some difficulty with online payment i rang your Cork number. The lady i spoke with has excellent customer service skills! She explained, non judgementally where my problem may be and did so in the most pleasant manner.
The heater arrived in good time following order placement and payment. As i have not yet used it im not in a position to rate it but expect it to be excellent.
