I purchased a gas heater on line as my heating system broke. Ordered Thursday arrived Saturday of Bank Holiday with a broken front glass. I contacted Calor on Saturday and got an automatic reply will be dealt with received an email on Sunday to say they would look into it. Got another Email on Monday to say they had none in stock and would get sent out direct from supplier. I emailed back explaining I had no heat and could they speed up delivering the new glass. It arrived on the Tuesday in perfect condition. Could not praise or tank Sam the Calor representative enough. Kept me informed at all stages and went out of the way to fix my issue. Excellent customer service.
