I ordered gas boiling ring which was defective so i asked for replacement.
However, despite i sent email and opened support ticket no one replied to me within two weeks time.
Just after i called customer service my issue was processed and i received replacement third week since i opened this dispute.
After all i am happy with product i bought, but customer support service was rather inadequate and poor compared to current standards.
