The order process was smooth. Communications grand. Super fast delivery with notifications. Would highly recommend the Rinnai product line. Was pleased when I found it available here in Ireland. I installed thousands of these before retirement now one in our getaway cabin. Rinnai makes amazing high efficiency room heaters as well.
