I ordered a glasshouse heater on line from calor and then needed some advice about fitting. I spoke to a gentleman call Alan who was apsolutly amazing, he explained what i ordered was not right for what i needed. He made sure my order was cancelled so I wouldn't get caught for return fees on item, and then rang me next day to comfirm everything we spoke about and checked that I had received my refund. The lovely man went above and beond his job to ensure I received the best customer service, and is a brilliant asset to ur company.
