I bought 2 patio heaters in January 2022. I initially had problems getting it to work after assembling the heaters. I reached out to customer service and they provided me with the below instuctions to follow and it worked. Thank you. 1. Connect the regulator to the bottle and turn to the on position 2. Press and hold down the control knob at the 9 o'clock positions for 1min – 1 and a half minutes WITHOUT pressing the ignition to purge the air out 3. Walk away from the heater for a minute to let any gas build-up disperse 4. Follow the initial instructions again, and the heater should light. If this doesn’t work, please follow the instructions again.
