Unfortunately the delivery driver was extremely inconsiderate, my parents are 82 and 81. He tried to leave the whole package outside the house. My dad asked him to bring it into the home. He reluctantly did then tried to leave the pallet on my dads driveway. He was beyond rude to my elderly parents
