Bit of a mixed bag here but still warrants a 5 * rating. First time using such an appliance (as a pensioner) and needed some assistance to help with setting it up, with no success even though all instructions were fully carried out. Turned out that the regulator (new on the market) needed extra SIMPLE instructions but after communicating with Mark, who went to great efforts to find out what was required by sending a video, which solved the issue. Note: I was not the only person to experience this problem. Cannot fault the "after service" so top marks - appliance is working like a dream.
